Designer Bio

Nina D'Argenzio is a Freelance Designer and Tailor based out of San Francisco and Santa Rosa. She creates Custom bridal and spealized garments for private clients along with building Collections. Her work has been featured off the runway, and in galleries throughout San Francisco and Sonoma county.

Ms. D’Argenzio earned her Associates Degree in Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in San Francisco, and continued her education at the Academy of Art University, where she completed her BFA in Fashion Design.

After graduating from the Academy of Art University, Ms. D’Argenzio was a featured designer for the Avant-Garde fashion runway show. She was also the award winner for the 12th Annual Fashion on the Square, as Student Avant Garde Designer of the Year, San Francisco. Additionally, her hand-printed textiles, t-shirt prints and handcrafted jewelry has been sold and showcased in galleries throughout San Francisco, the Bay Area, and Northern California.

Ms. D’Argenzio’s work was shown at FOT’s 13th Annual Fashion Show, in the ‘Fresh Faces’ segment, featuring her exclusive avant-garde collection.

Most recently, Ms. D’Argenzio envisioned and brought to life a custom bridal gown.

Ms. D’Argenzio’s strengths are rooted in her unique ability to creatively execute her vision of couture garments from concept to full collection.


As Creative Designer..

Ms. D’Argenzio is a designer in the areas of couture, ready-to-wear and design and collection development. She has a strong design aesthetic by taking the inspired concepts, visons and ideas and translating them into full wearable collections. She also designs and creates product and accessories, textile prints and patterns and custom fabrications; ie: embroidery, lace, appliqués, and recreating fabrics for special function and effects.
